Aurora Health Care Chief Executive Officer Dr. Nick Turkal and Kathleen Turkal sold their 5,500-square foot Whitefish Bay home for $2.35 million, according to state records.
Gregory and Rhonda Oberland purchased the five bedroom, seven bathroom home at 4514 N. Lake Drive Sept. 23. The last time the house was sold was in July 2007 for $1.5 million, according to records.
In June 2013, the Turkals purchased house at  W303 N5965 Settlers Lane in the Town of Merton for $2.05 million from Calvin Akin.
