The Milwaukee Brewers and the Milwaukee Braves Historical Association will induct Joe Torre into the Milwaukee Braves Honor Roll on Thursday, May 8, at 11:30 a.m.
Torre is scheduled to attend the ceremony, which will be staged at the Braves Honor Roll location on the Miller Park field level concourse along the third base side.
Torre signed with the Milwaukee Braves in 1959 and played the first six years of his 18-year Major League playing career in Milwaukee. Over his nine-year career with the Braves, Torre hit .294 with 142 home runs and 552 RBI.
