What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

Workout with a personal trainer at my house or health club 3 times per week. Consists of periodization of Chest/Back/Abs-Legs/calves/abs-Shoulders/Arms/abs with fitness boxing for circuit training emphasis.

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?

I visit Form and Fitness in Grafton about once a month, but I usually train out of my basement.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

I have more energy, I have far less stress in my life, I’m in a better mood and my eating habits did a complete 180-degree turn for the better. I am able to be more dialed in at the work place, work on external projects with more concentration, and be a better spouse, uncle, boss and friend to my family and loved ones.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

The biggest improvement is my ability to handle day to day stress at the work place. I look forward to my daily reprieve that keeps me centered, balanced and on task the majority of the time. And by the way, my anger and frustration level are at an all time LOW!

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?

No

What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?

I do not contract any organizations

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

N/A

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

Start with baby steps. Set attainable goals. Be patient. Be persistent. And trudge the road and it will get easier and the positive mental shift will happen for you!
