What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

Three nights of league basketball per week with practice one time per week. Light workouts on off nights. Hiking and biking and anything to do with outdoor activities.

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?


Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

It has keeped me focused during my work week and i do not need as much sleep.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

Keeps me mentally focused and more alert during the day.

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?


What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?

A fit employee always does better and reduces insurance rates, I encourage all our employees to get involved in some type of activity outside of work that will keep them in shape.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

It is never to late to start, the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
