Developers and other real estate professionals can learn about tax incremental financing (TIF) at a TIF Practice and Policy Seminar, which will be presented on Tuesday, July 24, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Monaghan Memorial Ballroom in the Alumni Memorial Union, 1442 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, on the Marquette University campus. The seminar is being presented by the Helen Bader Foundation, Local Initiatives Support Corp. (LISC) and the Council of Development Finance Agencies, which is a national association specializing in development finance training and research.
