Siesennop & Sullivan has leased 4,306 square feet in the Schlitz Park Keg House building at 111 W. Pleasant St. in Milwaukee.
The law firm will move to Schlitz Park from the Third Ward building at 200 N. Jefferson St. by the end of the year, said W. Wayne Siesennop, managing partner.
Siesennop & Sullivan has been in the Third Ward since 1997.
The firm is the latest of several that have moved to Schlitz Park in recent years. Minacs Marketing Solutions will move its Milwaukee office from The Blue at 310 West Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee to the Stock-House building in the Schlitz Park complex. The company will occupy 18,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the Stock-House building.
Schlitz Park now has an occupancy rate of 98 percent and is planning a massive expansion.
