Breaking Ground
Construction continues on the Kimpton hotel project in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The 158-room, nine-story hotel is being built on a vacant lot at the northeast corner of Broadway and Chicago Street. It will be managed by San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Milwaukee-based HKS Holdings LLC is the developer for the project. The hotel is expected to open in June 2016.
