Therm-Tech of Waukesha Inc., a heat treating company, recently leased a 65,000-square-foot building at 1511 Pearl St. in Waukesha. The facility will be added to Therm-Tech’s four other facilities in the area.
“This is a pure expansion move for them,” said Jeff Hoffman, of Judson & Associates, who represented Therm-Tech in brokering the lease. The building owner was represented by Sam Dickman Jr. of The Dickman Company.

“(Therm-Tech) touches so many different aspects of manufacturing,” Hoffman said. “To hear that they are doing well is encouraging for the rest of the market.”
