What is your core philosophy for doing business?
"I feel if you provide the customer the best possible service or product then you have been successful.  We have provided a quality product for almost 50 years and that says a lot about our employees, work ethic and willingness to service the customer.  I have never asked an employee to do something that I have not done or would not do myself."

Who is your role model and why?
"I have been blessed to have multiple role models They would include Coach Johnny Orr, Jim Hallihan, Major Bourne, Neal Jacobson and Craig Murie.  Each of them challenged me to learn new things, balance work with pleasure and the freedom to grow.  They also were a friend, mentor and role model on how to treat others and respect one’s self.  They also saw potential and allowed me to develop skills I could use later in life."

What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?
"There have been so many things but I guess the best was when I fell in our new pond.  It was the 1st time I had stepped into it without any boots on and the new algae had just started to grow.  The pond was only a couple of feet deep so I thought my phone, and wallet would not get wet.  BIG MISTAKE."
