Dallas-based Hillwood Development Co. LLC has bought more land for industrial development in Mount Pleasant. A Hillwood affiliate recently acquired 19 acres at 11907 Meridian Drive for $2.91 million, according to state records. The seller was an affiliate of Des Plaines, Illinois-based Land and Lakes Development Co. The site has been marketed for a 247,105-square-foot
