Symmetry to open third Milwaukee location

Milwaukee-based Symmetry Corp. plans to open its third Milwaukee location at 1443 N. Prospect Ave., on the city’s East Side. The building was built in 1968 and features 7,638 square feet of office space.

Symmetry is an SAP-certified provider of hosting and cloud services. The firm provides
technical managed services, security administration and project consulting in support of SAP solutions.

Company president Dan Wilhelms, and company leadership will utilize the new facility as a part of its Center of Expertise, a training and service center that supports its global customer base.
After three consecutive years of “substantial growth,” Symmetry says it is projected to double its staff from 54 employees to 100 employees by the end of this year. Currently,
the company employs 85 professionals within its Milwaukee locations and various remote locations nationwide.

The new office for Symmetry will be the third of two existing historic building locations – the 19th century Judge Jason Downer house on the Lower East Side and the Adler Building on the East Side.

“As a local entrepreneur, there’s a goal to not just create a great culture for your employees, but also to enhance the surrounding community,” said Wilhelms. “In a sense, I believe the two go-hand-in-hand. I take a lot of pride in collaborating in valuable Milwaukee initiatives, such as the UWM Lubar School of Business La Macchia Program, which helps develop young talent soon entering the workforce. We hope this new office site will open the doors to much more development and philanthropic community opportunities.”
