We have hard working, happy employees who strive to do the right things for our customers. We continued to invest in our infrastructure, processes and systems during tough economic times. It was this creativity both internally and in partnering with our customers that fueled our growth.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “The economic and tax climate in the Midwest along with a lack of a skilled workforce for manufacturing are the biggest obstacles for not only Storage Systems Midwest, but for our entire region. Growth for manufacturing in the Midwest is crucial to our growth as a company.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “We are looking to hire an additional salesperson for our Indiana territory. We are also looking to hire a Project Engineer to bolster our Project Management team and add more design capabilities.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “Our business results have been good this year, and we are well ahead of pace of last year both in booked sales and YTD revenue.”
