Spec building first project in Somers’ new business park

The first project in the Village of Somers’ new business park, FirstPark 94, is under construction.

Kenosha-based Riley Construction is working on a 600,000-square-foot spec industrial warehouse in the 309-acre site.

The facility, which features 80 truck docks and 4 drive-in docks, is scheduled for completion in spring 2016.

In total, FirstPark 94 located at Highways S and H, east of the Interstate 94, can accommodate approximately 4.6 million square feet of development including build-to-suits ranging from 150,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet.
