SLIDE SHOW: Economic Trends Breakfast

More than 500 people attended the recent 2008 Northern Trust Economic Trends Breakfast presented by Small Business Times at the Italian Community Center in downtown Milwaukee. The speakers at the event shared their insights about the year ahead in business. Economist Michael Knetter provided a macroeconomic overview, and state Rep. Leah Vukmir outlined the 2008 political landscape. The featured chief executive officers on the speaker panel were: Jeffery Yabuki, president and CEO of Brookfield-based Fiserv Inc.; John Mellowes, chairman and CEO of Charter Manufacturing Co. Inc.; and David Westgate, president and CEO of Jason Inc.
