What has fueled your company’s growth?

We focus on our client’s individual security needs. Our service quality, prompt response and attention to detail has led to increased customer satisfaction and growth through customer referrals.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Our biggest obstacle to growth is getting companies to understand that SPI can provide them with security services equal to or better than national companies.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

Earlier this year Security Personnel embarked on the addition of a loss prevention division. This has enabled us to offer an alternative method of security to our clients allowing us to remain competitive in the market and insightful to our clients’ needs.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

Anyone who has succeeded because they have integrity, tenacity and maintain a positive attitude.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

The security industry is predicted to experience average growth through 2010.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

Focus on the basics. Take care of our customers, closely monitor expenses/receivables and constantly promote our company.
