WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? At Scheibel Halaska, we never lose sight of the business objectives that drive our clients to seek our counsel. Our
tactical executions always spring from wellgrounded strategic planning based on our clients’ growth goals and objectives. We staff our accounts with seasoned business
professionals who have extensive experience and deep insight into many industries.
Ours is a performance-based culture built on a shared commitment to producing results. And it is backed by a mission and core values that compel us to hold ourselves – and each other – to the highest standards for performance and integrity.

DO YOU PLAN CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? No major changes are planned. We will continue to focus on building and strengthening our staff, and investing in tools, technologies, and systems which increase our ability to efficiently and effectively serve our current and future customer base.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCAL OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKES YOU ADMIRE THEM?
Locally, we most admire George Dalton, Tim Sheehy and Don Rintelman. George has a long, distinguished history of starting and building successful companies based upon a vision as well as core personal and professional values that we assess are consistent with ours. Tim leads the MMAC in a selfless, yet very passionate, manner, and is truly committed to
accelerating the economic vitality of southeastern Wisconsin. Don was an attorney for Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek who tragically passed away in May. He was an extremely
successful professional, yet was one of the most humble, caring and faith-based
business people we have ever met. Nationally, we admire Jack Welch, Steve Jobs and Dick Kovacevich. Each of these leaders has organized, structured and led their organizations based upon well-developed business strategies, and, in some cases, during very challenging business environments. They appear to share a passion for embracing change and constantly evolving their business offers to be meaningful and relevant in a marketplace earmarked by change.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? We believe that the business conditions in our industry will continue to remain favorable, provided there is not a dramatic, global event that significantly unsettles the general public. This means that there will be continued opportunities to grow as an organization. However, this also means that we
will continue to compete for communications professionals who share our business passion and core values in an ever-tightening labor pool.
