How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? We offer free coffee, tea and water but discourage soda and unhealthy sweets.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Make time for daily exercise – your good health and stamina is essential for your company’s survival.
