College/Falls Storage has purchased .41 acres of land at 13501 W. Silver Spring Rd., Butler, from Wellington Equipment Corp. The buyer will build a heated mini-storage facility on the property.

Richard Kollmans Berger has purchased a 6,812-square-foot office condominium at 1717 Paramount Dr., Waukesha, from William Luterbach-James Development Corp. for $400,000.
RS Pewaukee has purchased an 84,562-square-foot lot at George Towne Place in Pewaukee from GJM Construction for $920,000.
Midwest Expansion has purchased a 91,195-square-foot lot at George Towne Place in Pewaukee from GJM Construction for $1,151,452.
Wells Fargo has purchased 2.283 acres of land at George Towne Place in Pewaukee from George and Shirley Majeskie for $1.05 million.
HBN Foodzone has purchased a 3,000-square-foot retail property at 6206 W. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee, from GJS GMBH for $250,000.
MRED (Plymouth) Associates has purchased an acre of land on Pleasantview Road in Plymouth from William and Linda Smith for $313,000.
Cornerstone Tinley Park has purchased the 23,919 Outback Center property at 4820-4860 S. 76th St., Greendale, from NOLA 76 for $5.1 million.

Casey F. Gill has purchased the 14,500-square-foot industrial property at N94 W14272 Garwin Mace Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Lucille A. Rose.
Manfred Newmann has purchased the 15,000-square-foot Walgreen’s retail property at 91st and Beloit in Milwaukee from MRED (91st & Beloit) Associates.
Becker Properties has purchased a 15,349-square-foot industrial facility at 11715 W. Silver Spring Rd., Milwaukee, from Bark River Holdings.
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee has purchased 3.78 acres of vacant industrial land at 501 W. Canal St., Milwaukee, from Morton International.
RFP Commercial
Edwardo’s Retail Center, 10845 W. Blue Mound Rd., Wauwatosa was sold. The retail center, previously owned by a Chicago-area investor, was purchased by Pranke Holding LLC for $1.7 million. RFP Commercial has been retained as the leasing agent for the center which is expandable. The center currently houses Edwardo’s Pizza, Milwaukee Soup Co. and TCBY.

Gus Maltezos has purchased the 5,959-square-foot building on 1.01 acres of land at 5547 N. Lovers Lane, Milwaukee, from Denny’s Inc.
North Shore Bank has purchased 1.43 acres of land at 8701 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, from Hometown Inc.
