  • GFS Marketplace purchased a 1.6-acre lot and N-3 Development purchased a 1-acre lot at the Miller Park Shoppes development in West Milwaukee, near Miller Park. N-3 Development, a preferred developer for Firestone Automotive, will be developing a new Firestone Complete Auto Care store at this new location. Miller Park Shoppes is a 7.5-acre retail development located along the Miller Park Way corridor across from Menards and Pick N Save.  Current tenants at Miller Park Shoppes include OfficeMax, Sonic, Rocky Rococo, U.S. Cellular, Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics and Citi Financial. The latest sales leave Miller Park Shoppes with only one 0.8-acre outlot remaining and 1,000 to 5,000 square feet of retail space.

Mid-America Real Estate

  • Firestone purchased a 1-acre site at 2060-94 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee, from Miller Park Way Limited Partnership for $700,000. Firestone plans to build a tire store on the site.

  • Advance Auto Parts Inc. purchased 4.9 acres on Eastern Avenue in Plymouth from AnchorBank FSB for $300,000. Roanoke, Va.-based Advance Auto Parts, which has more than 3,200 auto parts stores, plans to build a store on the Plymouth site.
