Nelson Sales Corp. recently purchased the 18,300-square-foot industrial building at 21925 Doral Road, Waukesha, from Voell Machinery. Nelson Sales, a wholesaler of industrial power tools, will use a portion of the building for its business and lease out the remaining space.
