Fitchburg-based Sara Investment Real Estate recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot office building at 11815 W. Bradley Road, on the far northwest side of Milwaukee, from The Brookside Land Company for $3.8 million. The building is used as the Milwaukee office for Jacobus Energy Inc. The single-story building was constructed in 1994 and has an assessed value of $3.36 million, according to city records.

Waukesha State Bank purchased 1,262 square feet of space at 3185 S. Sunnyslope Road, New Berlin, John P. & Cynthia M. Leary.

Environmental Alternative Fuel purchased 1.32 acres at 7155 S. 1st St., Oak Creek, for $150,000.

Tendick Business Group purchased 4,080 square feet of space in the Windsor Executive Suites at N28 W23000 Roundy Dr., Pewaukee, for $88,000.

Dickman Company

K & C Enterprises LLC purchased a 5,462-square-foot industrial building at 701 W. Waterford Ave., Milwaukee, from ADL Enterprises LLC.

NAI MLG Commercial

Boehm-Madisen Lumber purchased 25,000 square feet of space at 21475 N. Doral Road, Brookfield, from 21475 Doral Road LLC.
