Bradley Road, on the far northwest side of Milwaukee, from The Brookside Land Company for $3.8 million. The building is used as the Milwaukee office for Jacobus Energy Inc. The single-story building was constructed in 1994 and has an assessed value of $3.36 million, according to city records.
