Kelly Rodenkirk, real estate advisor at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in Milwaukee, has been selling and leasing commercial real estate in southeast Wisconsin since 2017.
“Kelly has a passion for working with and representing local and small business owners. “She takes pride in helping her clients throughout the entire real estate process from providing resources, to securing SBA financing, to retail-focused contractors, to being a liaison with municipalities and economic development directors,” said Vianes.
