Pier 1 Imports, ULTA Beauty and Men’s Wearhouse stores will occupy a 25,000-square-foot retail building that will be built at Highway 60 and Port Washington Road in Grafton.
None of those three stores are currently located in Grafton.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company was selected by the developer, Rich Schmit Rentals Inc., to do the design and construction work for the project.
