Reed Street Yards

Rexnord Corp. announced recently that it will move its Zurn business from Pennsylvania to a new 52,000-square-foot, three-story office building that will be built in the Reed Street Yards Global Water Technology Park in Milwaukee. The site for the building is on the south side of Freshwater Way, just north of the Iron Horse Hotel and just east of the Sixth Street viaduct. Zurn Industries LLC, a manufacturer of engineered water solutions, is the first company that plans to move to the Global Water Technology Park, which is adjacent to the Global Water Center. The building will be developed by Milwaukee-based Klein Development Inc.
