Red Elephant Chocolate, which opened a cafe in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward in 2012, plans to open a second café on State Street in Madison next month.
Like the Third Ward shop, the new café will offer signature premium handcrafted chocolates, as well as unique desserts, beverages and gifts.
The Madison store will also sell wines and Wisconsin cheeses, new offerings for the company.
