What are you working on? "Creating an affordable gateway destination location in the Wisconsin Dells/Portage area. The project will be a year round Park Home Village with a marina, restaurant, brew pub and winery. The village will attract hunters, fisherman, boaters, skiers, golfers, snowmobiling, swimmers and the biggest will be snow birds in reverse. The Park Home Village will attract retirees who have decided to purchase a home in another state. The village will create an affordable summer home to visit friends and family and enjoy the Wisconsin summers in the Dells area. The village will also have a gas station and country store, a club house and swimming pool. The project will be built in four stages starting this winter."
How does the market look to you? "In times like these, it helps to remember that there have always been times like these. We at Midwest Interstate are fortunate to have a great referral and customer base. We are positioning ourselves to build more office space on Highway 20 and I-94."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "The next one!"
What was the funniest moment of your career? "Had an appointment at a hotel. I was waiting in the restaurant and my appointment waiting in the hotel lobby. We were both 45 minutes late for the same appointment."
