Architect Scott Kindness recently created Kindness Architecture + Planning, located at 517 E. Menomonee St., Milwaukee, to "pursue thoughtful and socially-responsible projects." Kindness Architecture + Planning is a spin-off from Workshop Architects, which Kindness co-owned for more than five years. He has been an architect for more than 20 years. "I will pursue a more diverse selection of projects than in the past, and will continue my life-long commitment towards positive growth for Milwaukee." Kindness said. Kindness is the architect for the 27-story condo tower and Frederick Goll Mansion restoration project proposed recently by New Land Enterprises.

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently added Latasha Bennett as a sales associate in its downtown Milwaukee office. In addition, Paula Bailey has returned to work as a sales associate in Shorewest’s New Berlin office. For the last 18 months she had been working as the sales director for Shorewest’s downtown Milwaukee office.
