Langhoff named principal of Grub & Ellis|Apex Commercial
Brookfield-based Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial Inc. recently named Bill Langhoff as a principal. He previously worked for Milwaukee-based RFP Commercial. Langhoff will be the director of industrial services for Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial. He has more than 12 years of real estate brokerage experience and has completed more than 220 industrial real estate transactions.
Kahler Slater architect honored
Larry Schnuck, senior principal with Milwaukee-based architectural firm Kahler Slater, recently received two honors. Schnuck was named president of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Alumni Association. In addition, Schnuck was named the Milwaukee Art Museum’s “Friend of the Year” for 2010-11 by the museum’s Friends of Art group. At Kahler Slater, Schnuck leads a team that designs academic health sciences buildings. He has worked for the firm for 24 years.
Shorewest adds Mequon sales associate
