Towne Investments hires leasing representative.
Milwaukee-based Towne Investments recently hired Matt Novak as a leasing representative. He will be responsible for managing leasing activity associated with Towne’s industrial portfolio. Prior to joining Towne Investments, Novak a leasing manager and real estate broker for Arthur J. Rogers & Co. and Grubb & Ellis Company in Chicago. "His past experience and involvement on both the ownership and tenant representation side of transactions will allow him to assist Towne as we continue to grow our industrial portfolio along the growing I-94 corridor between Chicago and Milwaukee," said John Kersey, director of Towne Investments. Towne Investments is the trade name under which Zilber Ltd. markets its commercial investment portfolio.
