Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp. recently announced the promotion of Katie Falvey to vice president of real estate. In her newly expanded role, Falvey oversees all real estate functions for the company, including both operating divisions, Marcus Theatres and Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and the organization’s various corporate entities. Falvey is now responsible for supporting organic growth initiatives, including market analysis, site selection and transaction negotiation. This includes the asset management of a 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio of income-producing, non-operational properties.
Brookfield-based Hammes Company recently appointed health care business development and growth strategy expert Jay Warden to senior vice president, heading the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Services division. In that position, Warden will be responsible for the company’s efforts to provide the best solutions to health care providers’ needs in ways that strengthen their position in the marketplace. The Healthcare Advisory Services team consults in the areas of strategic positioning, facility and business planning, and growth strategy.
