Wiertzema promoted to president of Wangard Partners
Wayne Wiertzema has been promoted to president of Wauwatosa-based Wangard Partners Inc. Previously he was an executive vice president for the real estate development and property management company. Wiertzema joined the company in 2006. Stewart Wangard is now chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
Katt joins Eppstein Uhen
Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects recently hired Dan Katt as its business development director. Previously Katt worked for J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. for eight years, most recently as business development manager. “This move allows me to further pursue my passion of being involved in projects from the very inception, when ideas and solutions are being formed into what will become physical space,” Katt said.
Waukesha-based HSI Properties recently hired Ed Treis, who will serve in a business development capacity within the development and investment segments of the company. Treis has more than five years of experience in the industrial and investment group of Cassidy Turley Barry.
Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors added Diana Gregory as a sales associate in its Mequon office and Darrin Havanec as a sales associate in its Racine office.
