Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners LLC is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The firm also recently moved its headquarters to the Mayfair Woods Business & Technology Center at 10700 Research Dr., Suite One, Wauwatosa.
Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt, Inc. was recently awarded the construction management services contract for Autobahn Country Club’s facilities expansion plan in Joliet, Ill. The $18 million project will include a new clubhouse, restaurant, hotel, "Speed Pavilion" and condo units.
