The Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) recently announced the winners of its annual deal of the year, Realtor of the year and affiliate of the awards.

Patrick Gallagher and Gordy Welch of Siegel-Gallagher won the multi-family deal of the year award for their Metro Milwaukee multi-family portfolio.

Dan Rosenfeld, Teresa Shemitis and Michele Dugan of Mid-America Real Estate won the retail deal of the year award for their involvement in the retail lease of the Village Square of Delafield.

William Bonifas and Jay Stewart of CB Richard Ellis won the office deal of the year award for the R.W. Baird office lease at the U.S. Bank Center.

Barry Chavin and John Henderson of NAI MLG Commercial won the industrial deal of the year award for the sale of the M.W. Kasch building in Mequon.

Steve Palec of CB Richard Ellis won the investment deal of the year award for the sale of the GE Healthcare building in Wauwatosa.

Mike Fardy of Inland Companies won the Realtor of the year award.

Chad Schultz, president of Innovative Signs, won the affiliate of the year award.

Milwaukee-based Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications was recently named the agency of record for the Delafield Hotel and affiliated properties, including Andrew’s Bar & Restaurant and the Irish-themed Wells Street Tavern.
