Advance Auto Parts to build Waukesha store, Zilber building more homes in Arizona.

Advance Auto Parts to build Waukesha store
Roanoke, Va.-based Advance Auto Parts plans to build a 6,500-square-foot store at 1617 Summit Ave., Waukesha. Advance Auto Parts has 3,200 store locations and is the second biggest auto parts retailer in the U.S. behind AutoZone.

Zilber building more homes in Arizona
Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. announced that its Homes by Towne division has begun construction of 10 additional units at its Bella Monte condominium project, which is adjacent to the Wildfire Golf Club, part of the JW Marriott Resort at Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, Ariz. In addition, Homes by Towne will begin another 10 units at Bella Monte in June. As of the end of April, 265 units of the anticipated 345-unit project had been built. Prices for the condos, ranging in size from 1,360 to 1,835 square feet, start at $275,900.
Homes by Towne also announced that it has begun construction of two new single family home models in Surprise Farms, a master plan community in Surprise, Ariz. The two new models feature a 1,700-square-foot home priced at $165,000 and a 2,000-square-foot home priced at $189,000.
