Bay View Alterra café to open
Milwaukee-based Alterra Coffee Roasters announced that its new Bay View Cafe and
Bakery will open Friday, Aug. 10, at the intersection of
Kinnickinnic and Lincoln Avenues in Milwaukee.

 

NAIOP Wisconsin refines mission and goals
NAIOP Wisconsin has updated its mission statement and strategic plan.
The new mission statement: “NAIOP Wisconsin is the leading trade association representing commercial real estate developers, owners and investors. We provide strong advocacy, education and business opportunities and connect our members through a powerful network.”
NAIOP Wisconsin also established three main goals of its strategic planning effort: increase developer membership in Madison and other parts of the state, advocate on behalf of the commercial real estate industry and leverage their experts as the go-to organization for information and advice concerning commercial real estate, and market resources to increase recognition with the media, others in the industry and the public sector.
