Student housing building planned near Carroll
Clysmic III Inc. plans to build a 57,392-sqaure-foot, three-story student housing building at the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and College Avenue in Waukesha, near Carroll University. The building will have 32 residential units with 130 student beds. It will also have a 4,700-square-foot retail space on the first floor. The project is the third of a three-phase development at the intersection by Clysmic.

Therm Tech to expand
Waukesha-based Therm Tech plans to build a 24,592-square-foot addition, including 15,792 square feet of office space and 8,800 square feet of manufacturing space, to its headquarters facility at 301 Travis Lane in Waukesha.
