UW Credit Union plans to build a 5,500-square-foot branch at 2525 S. 108th St., West Allis. A former Blockbuster Video building on the 1.13-acre site will be razed. The UW Credit Union branch will have 11 employees.

A 2,300-square-foot Dunkin Donuts restaurant will be built attached to the Applebee’s restaurant building at 2871 S. 108th St. in West Allis.

The Taco Bell restaurant at 1361 S. 60th St., West Allis, will be expanded to occupy the portion of the building previously occupied by a Long John Silver’s restaurant. Once complete, the Taco Bell restaurant will occupy the entire 3,300-square-foot building.

Appleton-based Consolidated Construction Co. recently received an Eagle Award from the Associated Builders and Construction Inc.’s 2011 National Excellence in Construction competition for its work on the redevelopment of a vacant, five-story building at 731 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee into a Gold’s Gym fitness center facility.

Northbrook, Ill.-based Brixmor Paradise Pavilion LLC plans to build a 10,540-square-foot addition to the 54,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby store building at 1800 S. Main St. in West Bend.
