Bucks player buys River Hills home
New Milwaukee Bucks guard O.J. Mayo recently purchased a 9,200-square-foot home at 7880 N. River Road in River Hills for $1.8 million, according to state records. The home was sold by Williard Kenneth and Sharon Lynn Sutton. The home, built in 1995 on a five-acre lot, has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, according to www.realtor.com.

New vet clinic planned in Pleasant Prairie
Regner Veterinary Clinic plans to build a new 4,787-square-foot building on a one-acre site at the northeast corner of 104th Avenue and 77th Street in Pleasant Prairie. The clinic will relocate to the building from its current location at 10715 75th St. in Pleasant Prairie. The project is expected to be complete in April.

Oakland Avenue multi-family building sold
Boyton Beach, Fla.-based 1800-1814 E. North Ave LLC purchased a nine-unit multi-family building at 4422 N. Oakland Ave. in Shorewood from Milwaukee-based Dominion LLC for $1.1 million, according to state records.

Greenfield multi-family building sold
New Berlin-based 8150 WFH LLC purchased a 16-unit mult-family building at 8150 W. Forest Home Ave., Greenfield, from Milwaukee-based D And D Team 5 LLC for $1.3 million, accoding to state records.
