CARW and NAIOP-WI to move office downtown
Commercial real estate trade associations Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and NAIOP-WI announced Tuesday that they will jointly relocate their office from Wauwatosa to the CityCenter at 735 building at 735 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee. The organizations are leasing 1,753 square feet in the building. “This move gives us the opportunity to be more centrally located to the majority of our stakeholders and to the infrastructure and resources we utilize on a daily basis,” said CARW president and CEO Jim Villa.

Bank sells multi-tenant office building in Waukesha
Madison-based Anchor Bank recently sold a 51,568-square-foot multi-tenant office building on a 3.6-acre site at 407 Pilot Ct. in Waukesha for $1.65 million to Elm Grove-based Pilot Development LLC. The building has an assessed value of $3.685 million, according to Waukesha County records.

South side Noodles & Company building sold
DG 3422 Olentangy LLC recently purchased the Noodles & Company restaurant building at 2725 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee, from RP Restaurant Group LLC for $1.69 million, according to state records. The 4,337-square-foot building was built in 2003 and has an assessed value of $1.59 million, according to city records.

Former Vicki’s Restaurant building near Miller Park Way sold
The former Vicki’s Restaurant building at 4401 W. Greenfield Ave., located southwest of Greenfield and Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee, was sold recently for $1.25 million, according to state records. Gulfview 305 LLC bought the building from Bouraxis Properties LLC.

Summit Credit Union to build branch in Muskego
Summit Credit Union plans to build a 3,169-square-foot branch along Moorland Road near the Kohl’s department store, located northeast of Moorland and Janesville roads, in Muskego. The credit union will be built on a three-quarter acre outlot.

Royal Recognition to expand Muskego facility
Royal Recognition Inc. plans to build an 11,000-square-foot warehouse addition to its 14,000-square-foot headquarters facility at S83 W19105 Saturn Dr. in Muskego. The company provides employee-choice service award programs, promotional items, corporate apparel, incentives, company web stores and safety programs.

Muskego bar to rebuild along Janesville Road
DJ’s Pub and Grill will build a new 3,500-square-foot building at S76 W18040 Janesville Road, to replace its previous building that was torn down for the expansion of the road.
