Milwaukee-based Dave Schmidt Realty recently purchased the 104-unit Quail Hollow Apartments at 8118 W. Forest Garden Ct., Greenfield, from B.E. Quail Hollow LLC. The sale price was not disclosed. The listing price for the property, which consists of four buildings on five acres, was $5.6 million. Patrick Gallagher and Gordy Welch of Siegel-Gallagher represented Quail Hollow and Dave Schmidt Realty represented itself.
