Group Two, a marketing company, recently leased 123,000 square feet of industrial space at 11100 W. Cleveland Ave., West Allis, from Developers Diversified Realty. Group Two plans to use the space for storage purposes. Group Two was represented by Scott Furmanski of CB Richard Ellis and Developers Diversified Realty was represented by Trent Poole of CB Richard Ellis.
