Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate recently purchased Delavan Retail III, a 60,930-square-foot portion of the Delavan Crossings retail development at I-43 and Highway 50 in Delavan. Delavan Retail III is fully occupied and its tenants are PetSmart, MCSports, Fashion Bug and Maurices. The sale price was not disclosed. Rick Drogosz, Bonnie Ferguson and Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate represented the seller, a Wisconsin real estate developer whose name was not disclosed.
