“RC Insurance has doubled its size over the past few years. This growth has required our leadership group to analyze each process, procedure and structure, to ensure that the business is continuing to evolve. We also have become better at selecting new associates who share our vision, and who are eager to contribute their talents to a growing firm.”

“We intend to continue pursuing a strategy that focuses on both organic and acquisition-based growth. Attracting talented associates and acquiring agencies that share our vision and values are significant aspects of our growth plan. This continued expansion would enhance the resources and services that we deliver to our clients.”
