What has fueled your company’s growth? RS InfoCon’s success is based on hiring the right people with extraordinary skills who have expertise in technologies to help clients improve their performance. Staying in alignment with the market and having all the right tools to be able to provide value propositions to our customers, so that we are able to meet their business, also fuel our growth. In the six years of being in business, RS InfoCon has delivered 100 percent to the expectation of the client. We have never failed to deliver the results set forth by the client. Another factor, which contributes to our growth, is the credibility which we have established with our customers.  Most of our business is generated due to word of mouth, performance and services, which we provide to the customers.  Our customers find RS InfoCon consultants to be reliable and trustworthy.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? RS InfoCon Inc. continues to grow at a steady pace, our goal this year is to put in place an advisory board to help us sustain and manage the growth and explore different territory.  This will also help us give a little more structure to the organization so that we do not have to deviate from the initial vision the company was established on.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? To me, every individual who attempts to lead an organization is a hero.  The character, motivation and creativity they exhibit at various levels in the organization makes corporate America the most desired place in the world to work.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? Taking into consideration the current business trend and the outsourcing boom, the business conditions of our industry are very bright and promising.  There is going be an ongoing demand for specialized labor. The challenge, however, is going to be staying aligned with the competition and take first mover advantage to create economies of scale.
