Pranke Holding 6th and Layton LLC recently purchased four parcels of land at 601-39 W. Layton Ave., Milwaukee, where it plans to build a free-standing Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant.
The sale was brokered by CB Richard Ellis brokers Sandy Golden, who represented the buyer, and Kurt Klapperich, who represented the seller.
The 0.7-acre site was formerly the location of Amann’s Night Club and the New Orleans Restaurant.
The property is located at the southwest corner of 6th Street and Layton Avenue and is near Mitchell International Airport.
The new restaurant is expected to be complete in December.
