Potawatomi’s Dream Dance gets national award for its wine list

Dream Dance Steak at Potawatomi Bingo Casino has been given the Award of Ultimate Distinction by Wine Enthusiast magazine. The honor recognizes Dream Dance Steak as having one of the country’s best wine lists. It is the second year in a row Dream Dance was awarded the honor.
“Being presented with an Award of Ultimate Distinction for two straight years is certainly an honor,” said Jeff Cook, Dream Dance Steak general manager. “Our retail-based wine list is something we pay special attention to. Our guests appreciate that they can enjoy a great, affordable bottle of wine. It makes for a memorable dining experience.”
Dream Dance Steak is the only restaurant in Wisconsin, and one of only 25 in the United States, selected for the award.
Dream Dance Steak features about 750 selections of wine – 16 by the glass. The wine list emphasizes domestic selections of Cabernet, but with good representation from around the world.
