"My current routine consists of swimming, biking, running and weight work 5-6 times a week."

"I believe that I have a more balanced positive attitude towards life. The times I am frustrated have become less frequent. I focus more on finding solutions than reacting to problems."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"A healthy workforce is more productive and happy. That can translate directly to increased profitability and a more pleasant work enviornment. People develop more self confidence and accept more responsibilty for their impact on the organization."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"My advice to anyone starting a personal fitness plan is to find an activity you like and get started. So often I see people start with a complicated program requiring a considerable time committment. Keep it simple!!!"
