Comprehensive Plan: No, the City of Pewaukee has not yet completed this update for the year 2035 comprehensive plan, but it will be done before 2010. Being done by Waukesha County Park & L.U. Department. However, Pewaukee adopted a land use plan in 1982, which was updated in 1997.

Projects: The city has about four square miles of industrial/commercial private development of which over 90% is completed. The most recent large development would be the R. Steinhafel’s Furniture.
