Susan Greulich joined Sitzberger, Widmann & Co., Brookfield, as a tax manager. Greulich has more than 20 years of public and private accounting experience.

John Mose joined the Milwaukee office of CKPR, Chicago, as senior vice president and director. Mose has 20 years of experience in advertising and public relations. Prior to joining CKPR, Mose led the public affairs and issues practice of the Chicago office of Weber Shandwick, N.Y.

Blue Horse, Milwaukee, promoted Laura Rodriguez to vice president and account supervisor and hired Narkis Erlichman as vice president and director of media strategies. Rodriguez has been with Blue Horse since 2006 and most recently served as advertising account supervisor. Erlichman has 18 years of experience in media marketing.

Bader Rutter & Associates, Brookfield, promoted Audra Jacobs to public relations senior account executive, Matt Sternig to team leader in the account management group, and hired Amanda Powell as a public relations senior account executive. Jacobs joined Bader Rutter in 2005. Sternig joined Bader Rutter in 2004. Prior to joining Bader Rutter, Powell owned a communications consulting firm.          

Rachel Jennings joined Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, as a public relations account executive. Prior to joining Scheibel Halaska, Jennings served as a reporter for The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee, Milwaukee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from UW-Milwaukee.

Avicom Marketing Communications, Waukesha, hired Linda Trewyn as an account executive; Anna Brown, Kaci Kopp and Lindsey Keinert as account coordinators and Megan Schacht as an assistant account executive. Trewyn previously served as a senior marketing strategist for Brady Marketing Group, Menomonee Falls. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from UW-Milwaukee. Kopp holds a bachelor’s degree in communications management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Keinert holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and marketing from Winona State University. Schacht holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UW-Whitewater.

Jacqueline Herd-Barber of Freescale Semiconductor, Brookfield, will serve as president of the board of directors for the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Milwaukee. Terrie Carew joined First Business Bank – Milwaukee, Brookfield, as an administrative associate. First Business Bank – Milwaukee is a part of First Business Financial Services, Madison. Carew has 12 years of customer service experience.

Gregory Kolton, chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Foundations Bank, Pewaukee, joined the board of directors for Community Bankers of Wisconsin (CBW), Madison.

Waukesha State Bank, Waukesha, promoted Maelea Martin to bank manager of its Delafield branch office. Martin joined the bank in September and most recently served as a personal banker. She has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry.

Building & Construction

Nelson Williams joined Briohn Building, Brookfield, as director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Briohn Building, Williams served as a regional sales manager for Rulon, Chicago.

VJS Construction Services (VJS), Pewaukee, hired Lisa Leick as a graphic designer and Matt Rosch as an assistant project manager. Leick holds a bachelor’s degree from the Milwaukee School of Art & Design. Rosch has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and previously owned a residential contracting business.

The Brookfield office of Mortenson Construction, Minneapolis, promoted Charlie Eads to assistant project manager and hired Jason Wilson as project engineer. Eads has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Mortenson Construction, Wilson worked for Bonestroo, Mequon.

Bukacek Construction, Racine, hired Jim Hooper as project manager and designer and promoted Erich Luichinger to project executive.

Wisconsin Lutheran College hired Daniel Eastman as a faculty member in business, David Schulz as a faculty member in computer science, Chad Lindemann as a faculty member in art; Rebekah Carey as director of the nursing major, Milton Cockroft as director of the Pathways to College program and Thad Jahns as field and career services director. The college promoted Aimee Lau to a full-time faculty member in communications, Christopher Kurtz to a full-time faculty member in theatre, and Eric Pelzl to a full-time faculty member in Mandarin Chinese.

JoAnne Brandes and Terry Murphy joined the board of trustees for Carroll College. Brandes recently retired as executive vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary of JohnsonDiversey, Sturtevant. Murphy is an attorney, certified public accountant and executive vice president for finance and chief financial officer of A.O. Smith, Milwaukee.


Kerry Hardin joined National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield, as a project manager. Hardin has six years of experience in design and project management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University.

Health Care

Julia Dickson-Gomez joined the Medical College of Wisconsin as an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine. She will also serve as a faculty member for the Center for AIDS Intervention Research (CAIR) at the Medical College. Prior to joining the college, Dickson-Gomez served as a research scientist at the Institute for Community Research, Hartford, Conn. and as a research scientist at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS at Yale University.

Raymond Grundman, medical director of the Norris Health Center at UW-Milwaukee, will serve as president of the board of directors for the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), Skokie, Ill. Grundman also serves as a volunteer accreditation surveyor for the organization.

Extendicare Health Services, Milwaukee, appointed John Hackett executive director of Cedar Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center, Cedarburg. Hackett also oversees the Menomonee Falls Health Care Center, Menomonee Falls. He joined Extendicare in 1995 and most recently served as regional director of operations for Wisconsin.

Dr. Matthew Lister joined Advanced Healthcare, Milwaukee, as a member of the physician staff at the Cedar Creek Clinic, Grafton; the Good Hope Clinic, Milwaukee; and the Menomonee Falls Clinic, Menomonee Falls. Lister specializes in endoscopic nasal and sinus surgery, thyroid cancer surgery, otology, head and neck cancer and laryngology.

Gina Smolensky joined Serve You – Custom Prescription Management, Milwaukee, as manager of the member and provider service department. Smolensky has more than 14 years of experience in management and call center operations. Prior to joining Serve You, Smolensky served as a workforce operations manager for Hewitt Associates, Lincolnshire, Ill.

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Glendale, promoted Jim Zache to corporate director of physician recruiting and hired Lori Holly as director of communication and public relations. Zache has been with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare for six years. Holly has more than 20 years of experience in communication.

Dr. Roger Beaumont joined Oak Creek Medical and Occupational, Oak Creek, as medical director for the family practice clinic. Beaumont specializes in family medicine and practices at New Berlin Family Practice Clinic, New Berlin.
