Michelle Rossi-Weida joined Kowal Investment Group, Elm Grove, as operations manager. Rossi-Weida has about 10 years of experience in the financial service industry.
Robert Schroeder joined Wauwatosa Savings Bank, Wauwatosa, as vice president of residential lending. Schroeder has more than 20 years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending. He will be located at the Residential Lending Center in West Allis.
RidgeStone Bank, Brookfield, hired Jessie Hagen and Therese Hofer as vice presidents of business banking. CG Schmidt, Milwaukee, promoted Mikelis “Mike” Abuls to executive vice president and chief operating officer and hired Jeff Werderman as a project manager and Theresa Miresse as a project accountant. Abuls joined CG Schmidt in 1999 and most recently serviced as vice president of operations and head of 1SOURCE, the company’s design-build division.
Triad Construction, West Allis, hired Tom Long as controller and Chris Brandt as yard manager. Long has seven years of experience in public accounting.

Ruekert/Mielke, Waukesha, promoted Steven Wurster and Anthony Petersen to supervisory positions in the civil and municipal department. Wurster joined the firm in 1999 and most recently served as a project engineer and a project manager. Petersen joined Ruekert/Mielke in 2001 and previously served as a project engineer. Madison Medical Affiliates, Milwaukee, recently created an endocrinology department with the hiring of four specialists, including Dr. Antoni Gofron, Dr. Mitchell Jacobson, Dr. Elaine Drobny and Dr. Sanford Mallin. Prior to joining Madison Medical Affiliates, Jacobson, Drobny and Mallin operated an endocrinology practice in Milwaukee.

Voss also serves as general counsel for the Wisconsin chapter of the American Subcontractors Association, Alexandria, Va.
